QUALITY OF OUR REMANUFACTURED MANUAL TRANSMISSIONS Our transmissions are remanufactured... not just rebuilt. All parts in our remanufactured transmissions meet or exceed all original manufactures specifications, and most of the time are purchased from the same suppliers who supply the original manufacture! Make sure when purchasing an Transmission it meets the requirements of a remanufactured Transmission. Our remanufactured automatics meet or exceed the original equipment manufactures (OEM) specifications. You can buy with confidence from us, knowing that you have the best quality Transmission with the best warranty protection - UP TO 2 YEAR / 24,000 MILE WARRANTY. Our remanufacturing process includes all EOM updates. All soft parts are replaced. Soft parts include clutches, bands, lip seals, sealing rings and gaskets. We also inspect all hard parts. The hard parts must meet or exceed new OEM standards or they are replaced with new or remanufactured parts. These stringent standards have allowed us to lower our manufacturing defect rate to 2.7%. Standards, Facts & Quality Assurance: The automatic units are tested on one of our a dynamometer before shipment, to ensure the highest quality transmission possible. We have an industrial parts washer that allow all parts and each case a dual wash process. We have a fully staffed machine shop with four full-time machinists. Our equipment includes lathes, milling machines and the CNC mill. Our parts department has large inventory in stock for our builders use only We remanufacture our own converters, which pass our exacting quality tests. We have quality assurance inspectors that oversee the building process and constantly review the remanufacturing process for the highest quality possible.
